We are educated to put what others say on a higher pedestal than what we think. Not just about external matters but also about ourselves.
Who you really are, is not to be put together as an average sum of other people's opinions. Trust yourself, trust your own view. Respect others but don't take their view about you as something higher and above your own.
In this session, Atisha's says' Of the two witnesses, hold the principal one'. Meaning, hold your own view of life if there is a decision to be made. You are unique and you know yourself best.
There is a second interpretation of Atisha's message which guides us to become the awareness of the awareness. Listen and meditate along.
Join me in a 30 min meditation session every day at 7 AM CET on my website: https://www.dhyanse.com/live/
