Let's begin a new chapter for your spiritual journey by opening up the 7 point mind training by Atisha, a Buddhist master.
I am not a Buddhist or belong to any other religion. So the effort here is to not make you into a Buddhist but rather learn and inspire for our purpose as a meditator which is to move a step closer to inner peace, wisdom, and happiness.
Atisha's mind training is a 7 point system which I will elaborate over the next days. For today's session, we contemplate over the first point:
Remember and be aware of the following 4 essentials:
1. Life is precious
2. Life is impermanent
3. Every action, every thought counts
4. Drop all obsession about trying to make something happen or avoiding something to happen.
